Damages & Returns

• Damages: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, note it while signing and send photos to arvaneleather@gmail.com for a return or exchange.
• Returns: As our leather items are custom-made, we offer exchanges instead of returns. Customers cover return shipping, and the new item’s price will follow our website rates.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled within 24 hours: No fee.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours: Subject to a $20 administration fee.
• If the order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
